ORDERS

  1. Use the BRANDS, MAKE UP, SKIN CARE, HAIR-BODY-NAILS, TOOLS & BRUSHES, FLASH SALE, and the SEARCH BAR on the top of the page to help you browse and find what you are looking for. You can also shop by browsing our BEAUTY REPORTS.
  2. When you find an item you wish to purchase, select your quantity, color (if selection is available), size (if selection is available), and click on the ADD TO BAG button.
  3. The number next to the BAG link located on the top right of the web page indicates the number of items that you have added into your bag (i.e. “BAG (2)” means there are 2 items in your shopping bag currently).
  4. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the BAG link located on the top right of the web page. You can adjust the quantity of the item(s) that you have placed in your shopping bag by selecting the desired quantity underneath the QUANTITY column. You can also click on the “X” right by the REMOVE link underneath each item to delete item(s) from your shopping bag.
  5. Click on “PROCEED TO CHECK OUT” to continue to “CHECK OUT” page.
  6. Input and check your shipping address. If you wish to send the product to another address, fill in the provided address box.
  7. Choose the payment method.
  8. Click “Place Order”.
  9. To avoid delays to your order, please ensure that your billing address matches the address on your credit card statement, and that the cardholder’s name is written as it appears on the card. Please also ensure that your contact details are filled in accurately so that we can contact you if necessary.

Please note: Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order, including cancellations.

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on Beauty Rep, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. You have an option to receive notification when the product is restocked by clicking on NOTIFY ME and entering your email address. If we are out of stock on an item that you’ve ordered, we will notify you via email. We will not charge you for out of stock items that has been accidentally placed in your order. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as in your shipping confirmation..

You will receive via email an order confirmation once you place an order, containing the details of the order. You may also access this information in your account center on beautyrep.com or contact the Customer Service team for assistance. When your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email notice with your tracking number and a link to view this information online. If you have any other inquiries, please email info@beautyrep.com.

Beauty Rep accepts payment by bank transfer (BCA, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) and credit card (VISA, Master Card, JCB).

On your Shopping Bag page, type your voucher code in the PROMOTION CODE box and click APPLY CODE. Voucher or promotion code can only be used according to the rules stated in the email containing the voucher or promotion code.

Because of the contracts and relationships we have with our vendors, the merchandise sold on our site is intended for personal use only, not for resale. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be for resale purposes.

PACKAGING & GIFTS

We take extra care to provide bubble wrap and/or wrapping papers for the items.

We offer a number of options to suit our customer’s needs:

Signature / Gift Packaging

Your order will be delivered in one of our luxurious black boxes. Unless there is a related promotion going on, the Signature / Gift Packaging will cost Rp 30.000 or free if your order value is Rp 500.000 and above.

For gift orders, you must select or check the box that says “This is for Gift” under packaging options on CHECK OUT page. The prices on the packing slip will be hidden, and will include a gift card message if you have opted and provided the message.

Basic Packaging

For a more subtle option, you can receive your order and shipped securely in an envelope. This is the default packaging method, and is free and will cost you nothing.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

You will receive via email an order confirmation once you place an order, containing the details of the order. You may also access this information in your account center on beautyrep.com or contact the Customer Service team for assistance. When your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email notice with your tracking number and a link to view this information online. If you have any other inquiries, please email info@beautyrep.com.

Yes, you may return the item only if it is not in accordance with your order or if it is not in the best condition. Go to our Shipping & Returns page for more details.

ACCOUNT

While you are not required to make an account with Beauty Rep, we highly recommend that you do! Register with us and you will be able to enjoy the following benefits through your Beauty Rep account:

  • Track your orders and review past purchases
  • Request your return or exchange directly from your account
  • Automatically become a privileged member of Beauty Rep and a) start accumulating points for discount and/or free gift, b) receive insider information and early access to private sales!
  • Create and customize your personalized beauty profile and receive tailored advice, beauty tips, and product recommendation (and secret: special sales just for you!)
  • Build a customized Wish List to create personalized beauty wardrobe that you can email to friends and family. Plus, you can also print your shopping lists for increased convenience
  • Add sold out items to your Wish List so you can see if more stock arrives
  • Save your shipping address details so you can shop even quicker next time
  • Manage your account details, address book and email preferences
