We are happy to inform you that we offer FREE shipping on all orders in Indonesia using JNE OKE service.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

- Order payment and confirmation must be placed by 12.00pm on Monday – Friday, and 10.00am on Saturday to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes up to 1 (one) working day after your payment has been received and confirmed.
- Delivery takes approximately 1-3 (one to three) working days for Jabodetabek area and approximately 2-6 (two to six) working days for other areas.
- We do not ship packages on public holidays, unless notified otherwise.
Once your order has been packed and shipped, Beauty Rep will inform you via email your order’s tracking number or JNE airway bill number. To track your order, click here to be redirected to JNE website.
Beauty Rep is not responsible for any delivery delay due to force majeure situations.
You may return the product if the order you received does not match your order or comes in a bad condition. The terms and conditions regarding the returns process are:
- The product, packaging, and box are still in the original condition as when you received the items
- Label, if any, is still attached to the product.
- You may opt to exchange with a new product or to receive a full refund.
Beauty Rep reserves the right to reject your return request if the terms and conditions are not fulfilled.
How to Return
You must submit your return request within 5 (five) working days after the day the order has been delivered to you. To submit a return request, please email us at email@example.com or contact us here, with the following information:
- Your full name, address, order number
- Reason for returning the product
- Indicate whether you would like a to exchange with a new product or to receive a refund
- By email, send us photos of the product you wish to return (in .jpeg, .jpg, .png, .pdf)
It takes 2 (two) weeks to process the returns and refund. Once Beauty Rep approves your return request, we will transfer the amount of your product, shipping fee, and returning shipping fee to your bank account. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
